Please read the following FAQ regarding Collection, Delivery & Payment.
Q) Can I pay by Card?
A) Yes, Card payments are accepted via SumUp Card Reader.
Q) Can I pay by bank transfer?
A) Yes, account details for payment are provided on the invoice.
Q) Can I pay with Cash?
A) Yes, but please note that I do not carry change.
Q) When is payment required?
A) Payment is required upon the return of your vehicle.
Q) Where are you based?
A) FCW Auto Service is based in Tuffley, Gloucester.
Q) Do you Tow/Recover my vehicle when collecting?
A) Towing/Recovery is not offered. Collection is a 'drive away' service only.
Q) Which areas are covered by Collection & Delivery?
A) Collection & Delivery is offered within the Gloucester Area.
Q) I am based outside of Gloucester, will you collect my vehicle?
A) Please contact FCW Auto Service directly to discuss your requirement.
Q) Are you insured to collect my vehicle?
A) FCW Auto Service is fully insured for driving and servicing/repairing vehicles held in trust or custody of FCW Auto Service.
Q) Where will my vehicle be serviced?
A) Your vehicle will be serviced at my premises in Tuffley, Gloucester.
Q) Can you deliver my vehicle to an alternative address?
A) Delivery is restricted to the collection address specified when making a booking.
