Collection & Delivery FAQ
We collect your vehicle for every job. Please read the following FAQ regarding the Collection & Delivery service.
Q) What time do you collect my vehicle?
A) Collection is available up to 10am on the morning of the appointment.
Q) Can you collect my vehicle in advance?
A) Collection can be arranged for the evening before the appointment.
Q) When do you return my vehicle?
A) We aim to return your vehicle before 5pm on the same day.
Q) Can you return my vehicle to a different address?
A) The return address must be the same as the collection address.
Q) Which payment methods are accepted?
A) Payment is accepted via Cash, Card or Bank Transfer.
Q) When is payment required?
A) Payment is required upon the return of your vehicle.
Q) Can you Tow or Recover my vehicle?
A) Towing/Recovery is not offered. Collection is a 'drive away' service.
Q) My Vehicle is not Taxed (SORN), can you collect?
A) Collection is a 'drive away' service, so vehicle must be taxed.
Q) Which areas are covered by Collection & Delivery?
A) Collection & Delivery is offered within the Gloucester Area.
Q) Are you insured to collect my vehicle?
A) We are fully insured for driving vehicles held in trust of FCW Auto Service.
